Vitaly Vysotsky has 50 years of experience in applied superconductivity, superconducting devices and cryogenics. His carrier started at the Moscow Lebedev Physical Institute. He worked as a visiting researcher, in various foreign scientific centers, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA), Kyushu University (Japan), the Center for Nuclear Research in Saclay (France). Currently he is the Head of the Department of Superconducting Cables and Wires of Russian Scientific R&D Cable Institute. He is the Chairman of incoming EUCAS 2021 conference to be held in Sept. 5-9, 2021. He has published more than 200 papers, of which 121 in refereed journals.
