John Vandore works in Business Development on Harwell Campus near Oxford in England. He studied Engineering and later an MBA, first encountering Cryogenics running a company making ball valves for applications like LNG. After other similar roles in England and North America, he became part-owner of a Cryogenic Piping company in England, then spent several years on Harwell Campus attached to the Cryogenics Group in STFC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory. He is a Trustee of the British Cryogenics Council, played a central part organizing ICEC 27 in Oxford and remains involved in the Cryogenics, Low Carbon Energy and Quantum Technology communities.
